Inwood is located on the northernmost end of Manhattan, a diverse and bustling neighborhood filled with parks, restaurants, cultural attractions and historic sights.

The neighborhood includes a wealth of parks including Inwood Hill Park — home to Manhattan's oldest growth trees — as well as the island's last remaining salt water marsh.

Fort Tryon Park, which stretches north from Washington Heights to the south end of Inwood, is home to The Met Cloisters and its medieval collection. Farther north is the historic Dyckman Farmhouse.
